Isaac Juarez – Florez
Bio
Isaac’s musical style is influenced by music dating back 400 years to the present day. He has earned a Bachelor of Music from the National University of Mexico and an Artist Diploma from the Superior School of Music, both in Mexico City. He has also earned his RCM ARCT and BCCM Licentiate Diploma.
Isaac has attended many master classes taught by high-caliber performers worldwide and has received numerous medals, awards, and scholarships. An active performer, Isaac has been featured as a soloist and accompanist in a wide range of styles and musical genres.
Isaac also teaches at Place des Arts in Coquitlam and Shadbolt Arts Centre in Burnaby, many of his students have earned high marks in music exams and have placed highly in festivals, including 1st prize winners.
Aside from teaching both Piano, Theory, and performing, Isaac is also an active adjudicator in various music festivals both locally and abroad.
