Join our faculty for an evening of Jazz at Petra’s by L”Aromas featuring our faculty from the South Delta Jazz Festival. All proceeds raised will go towards our Summer Jazz Festival this July 2 – 6, 2019

June 14th – SDJF Faculty Fundraiser at Petra’s (ticketed event)
June 15th – Karen Nakajima student recital – Ladner United Church – 6:30 pm
June 22nd – John Littlejohn Student recital – 1:30 pm at DCMS
June 23rd – Tracy Neff final recitals – Tsawwassen Arts Centre time TBA
July 2 – 6 – South Delta Jazz Festival

A reminder that the Delta Community Music School is closed from Monday, Oct. 22 through Sunday, Oct. 28 for the Annual Haunted House Event (operated by Delta Parks, Recreation, and Culture).
There are no lessons at the school during this time as the building is closed. The School will reopen Monday October 29th.

We completed two very successful summer programs with our South Delta Jazz Festival Student workshop in July, and our two string camps – Thrive City Junior Boot Camp held at the school during the last week of July, , and the 10-day overnight Thrive City Camp held at Camp Luther (Hatzic Lake) in August. Thanks to all of our instructors, especially John and Brad for making these camps successful!
