Come join us Sunday June 12th for our Fundraising concert and Silent Auction for the Summer Thrive City String Boot Camp programs here at Delta Community Music School. This year we have our Junior boot camp program here at the school in July, and our Overnight summer camp experience at Camp Luther, Hatzic Lake in August 2016.
Funds raised go towards scholarship support and for covering camp expenses so that we can keep our overall tuition prices down.
Our 2016 Scholarship Recital is this Sunday, May 15, 2016. Our Junior division (age 12 and under) starts at 1:30 pm, The senior division will start at about 3:30 pm . Our adjudicator for the
day will be Mr. Jonathan Der.
It will be a busy day with 15 Junor participants and about 11 Senior participants registered to participate. Our accompanists for the day are Cheryl Carruthers and Stephen Robb.
The Delta Community Music School is a proud sponsor this year of the Artist in the Village Grand Prix of Art! This event will be held in Ladner on Sunday, July 17, and some of the festivities will take place right here on the grounds next to the school. More details to follow!
Our final school recital will be Sunday June 5, at All Saints Anglican Parish. The recital will be in two sections, starting at 2pm.
Teachers should register their students for this no later than Monday May 30 at 6pm. Please indicate whether the student will be in Section 1 (2pm) or Section 2 (after 3pm)

Deadline for Registration is 6pm Monday May 9. No late registrations will be accepted.
A schedule for the recital will be released on Tuesday May 10, so students will know when they are participating.
